In some situations a total renovation is necessary for a fall seeding solution. When the yard has so many weeds and different type of grass varieties, the best call is to apply an application to eliminate all of the existing growth without sterilizing the soil.
During this time we call the “Total Kill” many customers choose to install an irrigation system if they don’t have one already. Some also choose to add or maintain existing landscape areas and beds and new plant material.
After we have eliminated all of the existing growth and all other additions (if any) have been installed we will provide our seeding solution. Within a few weeks, the young seed will start to germinate and after 4-8 weeks you will have a beautiful and uniform lawn.
